In the Introduction to Life Coaching CD, we take you through a number of fundamental Life Coaching principles and techniques and guide you through how to use these techniques to evaluate your own life, and to determine where you would like to make positive changes.

The other 4 CDs then help you to specifically apply what you have learned to the 4 key areas of your life - your HEALTH, your FINANCES, your RELATIONSHIPS and your CAREER. Of course the same principles and techniques can be applied to absolutely any area of your life, and once you have mastered the fundamentals that we share with you in the 4 key areas of your life you will be equipped to apply what you have learned in any area you choose, throughout the rest of your life!



Although these CDs have been designed as stand-alone modules, and can be listened to and applied independently of each other, we recommend that you also listen to the Introduction CD, as it covers the basic principles of Life Coaching which can then be applied in the remaining CDs.

Life Coaching for Better Health is unlike any diet or exercise program you have ever seen before – it doesn’t prescribe which foods you should eat, or what exercise you should take, and it doesn’t give you a diet to follow. In fact our belief is that diets simply don’t work!

This is because life coaching takes a systemic, holistic approach to health and well being, and doesn’t pre-suppose that by changing one single element in our health habits we can expect to create lasting, permanent change in our health in the long term.

  • That’s why diets don’t work if we try to lose weight merely by depriving ourselves of certain foods for a short period of time without making a shift in our eating habits on a permanent basis.
